Danny Barton. He/Him

Like many, Danny was introduced to the joy of performance in high school. He was involved in drama festivals where his comedic timing had the audience in fits of laughter. Those performances won him the awards of best comedy actor and best actor in a supporting role.

Living in Manchester, UK, his first on-set experience was on Hollyoaks in the early 2000s. It was at this point he knew that a life in front of the camera was for him.

Relocating to Sydney in 2011, Danny performed in both the 2020 and 2021 Short+Sweet Theatre Festivals, wherein the 2021 festival he starred in and directed Jeff Lockers "Sweet He" and took the nomination for Best Actor for the 2020 performance of "Rentals."

Danny's screen portfolio spans across many independent short films and a number of features in 2021. Danny is also a film-maker, writer, and director bringing his first Short Film "Ghosted" in 2022 as well as a podcaster of the popular podcast "Actors Making It"
