Jason (Minshan) Liu

Jason Liu is a Sydney-based screen actor with a rich cultural background, originally from Western China. He brings emotional depth, discipline, and strong character instincts to his work, shaped by life across two continents.

Jason discovered his passion for acting through an unexpected opportunity and has since trained in screen performance, scene study, and audition technique with respected coaches in Sydney. He is particularly drawn to roles in drama, sci-fi, and action, and is known for his grounded presence and quiet intensity on screen.

He has experience across short films, web series, and national commercials. His physical training includes Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) and Genshin Nito-ryu Kenjutsu (dual-sword Japanese swordsmanship), making him well-suited for physically demanding and action-based roles.

Outside of acting, Jason is also a qualified engineer and photographer, bringing a sharp eye and thoughtful approach to all creative work. He is passionate about telling honest, impactful stories and is eager to contribute to diverse and meaningful screen projects.
