Biography

Willow is a vibrant young performer based in Brisbane with a deep love of theatre, both onstage and behind the scenes. She attends a musical, ballet or play at least once a month and thrives in creative environments. While she is passionate about performing, Willow is equally at home backstage, assisting as an Assistant Stage Manager or working in sound and lighting.

She brings a joyful energy to every project and is known for her positivity, enthusiasm and strong work ethic. Willow has a chromosome duplication (C22q21), which she proudly considers her superpower. It gives her a unique perspective on the world, boundless energy and a highly social nature — she genuinely thrives when collaborating with others. She can speak quickly when excited, but is very responsive to direction and adjustments.

Willow was featured in Seasons 2 and 3 of The Assembly, an ABC series following neurodiverse adults training as journalists. Mentored by Leigh Sales, she interviewed high-profile Australian figures including Richard Roxburgh, Guy Sebastian, Julia Morris, Ray Martin and Wil Anderson. The series is available on ABC iView.

Throughout school, Willow was actively involved in performing arts and screen acting, including appearing in the short film Bus Stop. She is currently undertaking acting classes in Brisbane to continue developing her craft.

Creative, capable and full of heart, Willow brings authenticity and warmth to every opportunity.
