ABOUT CYM

Cym is a compelling new talent on the Australian screen and stage, recently signed by Khans Entertainment Agency, who quickly recognised her expressive range and natural on-screen presence.

She recently featured in a supporting role on NCIS: Sydney, a Paramount and EndemolShine Australia production directed by acclaimed filmmaker David Caesar. Cym also appeared as the lead in a national television commercial for ALDI — all while completing her training at NIDA.

“We all agree she taped beautifully. We’d be delighted if she joined our wonderful ensemble.”
— Leigh Pickford, Maura Fay Casting (NCIS: Sydney)

Cym’s performance training includes the Screen Actors Studio at NIDA and the Nimrod Acting School under the direction of Max Iffland. With a strong foundation in both theatre and screen, she has developed original work as a writer, director, and performer. Her pieces have received standing ovations at the Woman & Art Festival, Performance Space, and were performed by request for the Poets Union. She was also invited to perform at Bundanon, the historic property of artist Arthur Boyd.

“She is an absolute joy to work with. Her depth and kind heart allow her to bring authentic layers to her characters, and she consistently makes bold, thoughtful choices in her work.”
— Pip Edwards, Actor & NIDA Acting Coach (Jan 2025)

“She is brave, focused and grounded in her work. Complex and mature, she plays boldly yet with vulnerability.”
— Garth Holcombe, Actor & NIDA Acting Coach (Jan 2025)

In addition to her acting career, Cym holds both undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications in Art and Education and is an exhibiting visual artist.
