Rebecca Rose

Rebecca is a Melbourne-based stage and screen actor with experience across short films, independent features and theatre. She is committed to continually expanding her craft and building a diverse body of work across both screen and stage.

Rebecca has trained in a range of acting techniques and most recently completed the full-time Acting Program at Howard Fine Acting Studio Melbourne in 2025. Her background in science, animal behaviour and physiotherapy brings a unique depth of knowledge and a broad range of skills to her work as an actor.

A passionate equestrian since the age of five, Rebecca previously competed in eventing and continues to enjoy riding her two horses. Her connection with animals and extensive experience around horses are additional skills she brings to her work.

Rebecca is also a writer and has written two short films in which she also performed. Her role in Need earned her a Best Actress award at a film festival.

On stage, Rebecca has embraced a variety of dramatic and comedic roles. One of her most memorable and challenging performances to date was playing Hermione in The Winter’s Tale, a role she particularly enjoyed.
