Hyu Motoki

Hyu is a Japanese-Australian performer who discovered his passion for acting at a young age. He continued to develop his craft through the Performing Arts – Acting program at Rowville College before undertaking further training at the Australian College of Dramatic Arts, where he earned a Certificate III in Acting.

Most recently, Hyu appeared in the feature film Leviticus, a gripping horror thriller that premiered at the Sydney Film Festival, marking an exciting milestone in his growing screen career. Prior to this, he starred in the short film Salty, a community-driven project dedicated to promoting diversity, inspiring change, and highlighting important youth issues.

Since graduating, Hyu has appeared across television, film, theatre, and musical productions, showcasing his versatility and commitment as a performer. Fluent in Japanese, he also brings a diverse range of skills to his work, including swimming, gymnastics, trampoline, and soccer.

With a passion for storytelling and a strong foundation in performance, Hyu continues to build an exciting and diverse body of work across stage and screen.
