Renee O'Brien

Renee O’Brien is a versatile Melbourne-based actor with a strong foundation in screen and stage performance. She trained full-time at JMC Academy and TV & Film International, and complemented her acting studies with dance training in ballet and contemporary styles.

Renee has continued to hone her craft through scene study with Lachy Hulme, text work with Eve Morey, and accent and dialect coaching with Tyler Coppin. She is recognized for her ability to access deep emotional states, respond instinctively to her scene partners, and bring authenticity and vitality to every role.

With a natural presence and a commitment to fully inhabiting her characters, Renee delivers performances that are nuanced, compelling, and emotionally engaging.
